What are the different rigid box types?

Set-up boxes are made from paperboard or chipboard and are rigid and sturdy, while hinged boxes have a lid that is attached to the base of the box with a hinge. Shoulder boxes are similar to set-up boxes but have a shoulder on the top of the box that makes them easier to open. Drawer boxes have a sliding tray that pulls out from the base of the box, and slipcases are rigid boxes that are designed to hold other items, such as books or documents.
